Today " Salame di cioccolato." ... recipe for Grandma Vera.

She always, the source of some of my recipes. Today's recipe is a "sausage" of chocolate. In the Italian regions there are different versions. With nuts, with biscuits, only with Nutella, with only cocoa ... I have my own. Handed down by her grandmother.


1 tablespoon of Nutella 
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 egg 
125 gr sugar 
125 of butter 
200 grams biscuit


Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the tablespoon of nutella and cocoa. Meanwhile melt the butter in the microwave. Let cool and add the egg mixture to the butter, chocolate and cocoa. Finally put the crushed biscuits in the bowl. Turn with a wooden spoon and then pour the mixture over a sheet of aluminum foil. At this point to give the dough the elongated shape of a sausage. Wrap it in foil and put in the freezer for about an hour. Spent the time to serve and ... bon appetit.
