Recipe for 4 persons.
250 ml mascarpone
1 egg
1 spoonful sugar
4 Savoiardi biscuits (Cookies that take their name from their original region, the Savoy.)
plain chocolate
2 nectarines
Whisk the egg whites with the sugar. Assemble the egg white and incorporate it gently into the sugar bowl, then add the mascarpone and mix until it has formed a soft cream.
Break each biscuit into three parts and place them in bowls portion. Add the mascarpone cream, slices of nectarine and decorate with grated chocolate. Laciare rest qulache hours in the refrigerator.
